In most instances industrial construction is as unique in its own
way as is the construction of medical buildings, with extra allowances
being made for heavy equipment, heavy machinery, heavy loads, and
delivery and export of manufactured goods. Ludwig Zahn
Construction Co., Inc. specializes in every aspect of industrial
maintenance from installing pipe ballards, concrete floor repair,
additions to existing buildings, digging and installing press pits,
foundations, and actual construction of new industrial buildings.
During
our company's history we have done a great deal of work for the Pepsi-Cola
plant, Gorman-Rupp Pump (shown below), Mechanic's Banks, Empire Affiliates
Credit Union,
and Newman Technologies, all located in Mansfield, Ohio. Ludwig Zahn
Construction Co., Inc. has successfully built two of the many Empire
Credit Affiliate Union buildings in Mansfield.
