CIVIC

Ludwig Zahn Construction Co., Inc. takes pride in our many civic contributions to the community during the last fifty six years.  We have contributed to the Gazebo Building project, the Carousel Project in downtown Mansfield, Oak Hill Cottage, the YMCA building expansion in 1967and are long time members of the Mansfield-Richland Chamber of Commerce. By renovating the third floor of St. Peter's Catholic High School we were able to achieve a larger middle school on the premises without the cost of an additional building.



We take great pride in our twenty-five year working relationship with Med Central.  The Med Central Project began in 1973 and we have been involved in  most aspects of the development. 


We have built many schools in Ohio as well as several county buildings and churches.  Included in our list is Rae Melton Elementary, Woodland Elementary, Weller Township Garage, Morrow Bible Church, Maddox Memorial Church of God in Christ, Cook Road Baptist Church, Emmanuel Jacob Congregation, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Ontario United Methodist Church, to name a few. Currently under construction is an addition to the Fredericktown 1st Presbyterian Church in Freckericktown, Ohio.
